We manufacture semi-finished products and forged parts in titanium for automobile, medical, offshore, construction machine, packaging, implants, and ultrasound applications as well as standardised products such as titanium bars, titanium wire rods, titanium electrodes, titanium billets, and cast titanium ingots from various titanium alloys. Since 2017 we have also been able to offer recycling of scrap titanium to cast ingots within the EU.
In order to open up further areas of application, we are now expanding our own melting plant for high-temperature alloys at our location in Bremen. Thus, at the turn of 2020/21, we will also able to manufacture highly complex special alloys, e.g. Titan aluminides, using a new continuous casting process (SinglePAM) to produce effectively and inexpensively at our site.
For over 30 years we have mastered the entire process chain from titanium sponge as a raw material to the manufacture of titanium components and with our expertise, we supply national and international clients for a wide range of applications.

ASP Stähle:
Diese pulvermetallurgisch hergestellten Stähle mit feinster Körnung und hoher Härte haben eine hervorragende Verschleißfestigkeit. Sie haben eine gute Widerstandsfähigkeit gegen abrasive Medien.
Sorten mit verschiedenen Legierungen sind verfügbar und hervorragend geeignet für Schneidstempel, Prägestempel, Stanzwerkzeuge, Presswerkzeuge u.a.
Ferro Titanit:
Trotz des hohen Karbidgehaltes (bis zu 45%) können diese Materialien durch sägen, drehen u.s.w. bearbeitet werden.
Dieser pulvermetallurgisch hergestellte Werkzeugstahl kann bis zu 70 HRC gehärtet werden und ist ideal für Stempel, Matrizen, Messer, Verschleissteile, Dichtungsringe, u.a.
Molybdän:
Zinnweißes, relativ hartes und sprödes Schwermetall.
Gut dehn- und verformbar, hohe Festigkeit.
Wird z.B. bei Ventile für die chemische Industrie, Widerstandsdrähte von Heizwicklungen, Glühdrähte von Glühlampen verwendet. Für Werkzeuge mit starker mechanischer Beanspruchung.
Tantal:
Hellgrau glänzendes Schwermetall, kann auch zu Blechen gewalzt werden, da gut dehnbar. Sehr hohe Schmelz- und Siedetemperatur.
Wird u.a. in der chemmischen Industrie in Pumpen eingesetzt. Tiegel für den Hochtemperaturbereich, Schrauben und Klammern für die Medizintechnik, Kondesatoren für die Elektroindustrie.
Titan:
Silberweiß glänzendes, gut dehn- und schmiedbares Leichtmetall. Sehr gute, mechanische Festigkeit.
Durch das geringe Gewicht und die hohe Belastbarkeit wird Titan in vielen Industriebereichen eingesetzt.

Magnetisierung mittels MIM herzustellen. Dabei können wir auch bis zu 99%

Unsere Kunden unterstützen wir bereits in der Entwicklungsphase, um die geeignete
Fertigungstechnologie vorschlagen zu können und anschließend die Bauteile
gemeinsam so zu optimieren, dass die Vorteile des jeweiligen
Herstellungsverfahrens bestmöglich genutzt werden. Auch den benötigten
Automatisierungsgrad legen wir gemeinsam fest.
Die Fertigung mit 15000 m² Produktionsfläche erfolgt In-House und/oder
bei ausgewählten Lieferanten. Die erforderlichen Qualitätsprüfungen für die so
gefertigten Bauteile werden bei uns durchgeführt. Wir sind nach IATF 16949, ISO
9001:2015, ISO 13485:2016 und ISO 14001 / EMAS zertifiziert. Bis 2040 streben

CRONUS supplies components made of titanium, tantalum and niobium which show excellent mechanical properties and a very good chemical resistance. Your products are manufactured applying state-of-the-art technologies and are subject to strictest quality standards. In addition we also provide components made of acid resistant and heat resistant stainless steel grades.
