Einschieben, wegschieben, fertig! Die innovative Paletten-Schiebe-Vorrichtung PSV von SW-Paratus gestaltet das Umpalettieren sensationell clever, effizient und profitabel.
Die patentierte Idee erntet internationale Begeisterung in Spedition, Handel und Industrie: Mit der innovativen Paletten-Schiebe-Vorrichtung von SW-Paratus lassen sich bestückte Holz-, Kunststoff- oder Metallpaletten, Einweg- und Europaletten in Sekundenschnelle gegeneinander wechseln.
Für den Austausch wird die bestückte Palette in die Wechselstation gestellt. Da Rück- und Seitenwände die Ladung schonend, ohne übermäßigen Druck halten, gleitet die Ersatzpalette, geschoben vom Flurförderzeug, mühelos unter das Transportgut, und die alte Palette rutscht heraus.
Bedienung durch nur eine Person, keine aufwändige Hydraulik, kein eigener Energieverbrauch: Die PSV ist mit empfindlichem Ladegut wie flüssigkeitsgefüllten Tetra Paks und Palettengewicht bis zu 850 kg erfolgreich getestet.
