ABMT成立于2013年，最初的意图是销售和翻新变压器。2015年，在赢得皮奥伊回收变压器的合同后，该公司扩大了业务范围，回收构成变压器的其他材料，如矿物油、铜、铝、黑色金属和有色金属材料。

2020年，该公司开始扩大工厂结构，并于次年将卡车车队增加了一倍。同样在2021年，它签署了第一份国际合同。最后，在2023年，它与该国最大的电力公司之一签署了合同。
