了解我们的历史
ABMT成立于2013年，最初的意图是销售和翻新变压器。2015年，在赢得皮奥伊回收变压器的合同后，该公司扩大了业务范围，回收构成变压器的其他材料，如矿物油、铜、铝、黑色金属和有色金属材料。

2020年，该公司开始扩大工厂结构，并于次年将卡车车队增加了一倍。同样在2021年，它签署了第一份国际合同。最后，在2023年，它与该国最大的电力公司之一签署了合同。

We are an innovative family owned manufacturing company specialized on transformers up to 1,6 MVA, reactors/chokes up to 300kHz and 2500A, as well as DC power supplies up to 60.000A. As a part of the Schmidbauer group with 125 employees, we develop and manufacture powerfull and high efficient products in the range of electrical engineering. In order to offer the customer an efficient total product range, the electronical and mechanical assemblies are available by our business partners at the same place of location.

Since Gebrüder Frei GmbH & Co. was founded in 1949 by brothers Willi and Karl Frei it has developed into an international supplier of electrical and electronic devices and components that is very much in demand all over the world.
Its flexible standard solutions and, to an even greater extent, its creative bespoke developments are helping to set the benchmark worldwide in the areas of power supplies, control systems for transport technics and control systems for textile machines.
The name Frei has become synonymous with extensive expertise that is available all under the same roof: from the initial idea, followed by the planning, production and testing stages, right through to the complete systematic solution. It is our curiosity and constant desire to find a better way that inform our approach as we set about this task. This process results in innovative solutions that consolidate our market position and can be rapidly distributed to customers via our efficient sales organisation.

Als mittelständisch geführtes Familienunternehmen ist die BLINZINGER ELEKTRONIK GMBH seit 1986 der Spezialist für die Entwicklung und Herstellung von kundenspezifischen magnetischen Bauelementen wie Transformatoren, Drosseln, Übertragern sowie anderer Wickelgüter und Baugruppen. Weiterhin werden Standardferritkerne und kundenspezifische Ferrite, sowie Systeme zur induktiven Energie- und Datenübertragung entwickelt und produziert. Unsere Produkte werden von einfachen bis zu sehr komplexen Komponenten, von Einzelstücken bis zu Großserien designt und gefertigt. Unser Unternehmen ist nach DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 zertifiziert.

The company Rist was founded more than 60 years ago in Ostfildern as a medium-sized enterprise with only a few kilometers distance to the metropolis Stuttgart. We were and still are committed to guaranteeing highest quality products by accurate production and a permanent quality control.This goal is, among other things, achieved by the strict adherence to the applicable safety regulations and manufacturing standards. 
Machines and apparatuses of state-of-the-art technology are used and therefore are a decisive factor in performance for the attainment of the goals of our enterprise. To react fast and flexible to the wishes of our customers is our understanding of cooperation in partnership and the basis of confidence.
Thus it`s our first priority to deliver our products as fast as possible. That`s the reason why the company Rist is a longtime and reliable partner in all various industries. The most important prerequisite for the succes of our enterprise was and still is, however, the qualification of our employees. That´s what we always try to achieve. The status of qualification of every employee is maintained and improved, for example, by education measures which can be implemented internally as well as externally.
