Fully automatic dental and polishing brush machine DBM 90 for the production of small brushes with straight or lightly crimped fill material. The machine with its 6-station turntable operates fully automatically and is ideal for production of brushes in large series. The modular application of change over tooling sets means that both wheel brushes, with and without shank, and cup brushes can be produced. The DBM 90 model range comprises various levels of automation and is also available in a low-cost, basic version with manual feeding of metal parts.
This is a particularly efficient, high capacity production system for:
- Junior cup brushes
- Wheel brushes, with and without shank
- Cup brushes, with and without shank
with the following fill materials:
- Crimped wire - steel, brass etc.
- Synthetic material on spools
- Cotton on spools
