已经成就了“索林根制造”的品牌。威廉布鲁尔先生创建公司之初，该公司是生产剃须刀片的设备，如冲压机、开卷机和研磨机。由于不断提升的表面质量要求，可进行去屑、去除淬火和退火颜色的一种特殊设备产生了。这种设备使用旋转钢刷和粗研磨膏一起工作。这为第一台打磨机的诞生奠定了基础，在冷轧工业中这种设备开始受到关注。
这种类型的机器相当成功，工作宽度可从50mm增加到400mm。从五十年代起，布鲁尔着重从事表面处理的设备，将“刀片”业务卖给索林根的另一个公司。1954年在欧洲销售第一台冷轧板带修磨机，从那时候起，带卷打磨机和抛光机成为布鲁尔主要产品。
今天，为冷轧工业可提供的设备有带卷修磨机、抛光机、打磨机、刷光机、脱脂机。
