1. 原材料选用与预处理：选用符合国家标准及德国标准的碳钢、304不锈钢和黄铜线材。入库前采用光谱仪对化学成分进行检测，确保材料纯度、抗拉强度及其他力学性能达标，并剔除杂质。随后对线材进行除锈、打磨与润滑处理，以去除表面氧化皮及毛刺，降低后续加工过程中的摩擦，保证头部形状的光洁度与尺寸精度。
2. 冷镦成形（核心工序）：采用多工位全自动冷镦机，一次性完成头部半圆弧成形、杆身定型及尾部倒角等工序，无需再进行切削加工。材料利用率可达98%以上。在冷镦过程中，严格控制压力、温度及模具精度，确保半圆头曲率均匀、光滑，无凹陷或毛刺；头部尺寸精度控制在±0.05mm以内，杆身笔直、均匀，无弯曲或变形，兼顾外观品质与结构强度。
3. 头部精整（关键工序）：采用专用精整模具，对半圆头进行二次研磨与抛光，以去除冷镦过程中产生的微小毛刺，使头部弧面更加圆润、表面更加光滑，从而提升产品的外观质感。同时对杆身进行校准，确保杆身与头部的垂直度，避免铆接时发生偏移，保证铆接后的配合精度。
