The same goes for our complete line of DURSALIT® fluxes comprising of powder, tablet and granulated products for modification, grain refining, cleaning, gassing and degassing.
We supply aluminium grain refiners, hardeners and master alloys in waffle plate, rod stick and wire forms, besides piglets or cut cast bars.
Beside metallic sodium, magnesium, silicon and copper phosphor also ceramic products, glass fiber sieves and coatings are available.
HOESCH Granules produces fine grades of powders out of different non-ferrous metals at their own facilities and extends its know-how to HOESCH Group. This is added evident for the strong appearance of HOESCH Granules in the markets of explosive and abrasive industry.

Rapid Prototyping,Prototypenguss:
Eine Hauptkompetenz liegt bei uns in der Herstellung von Prototypen. Durch enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Konstrukteuren und den Modellbauern bzw. den Herstellern der Printformen, stellen wir hoch anspruchsvolle und geometrisch komplexe Gussteile her.
Wir lassen nach Ihren Konstruktionsdaten Printformen aus Sand herstellen. Bei diesem Verfahren sind der geometrischen Gestaltung der Gussteile keine Grenzen mehr gesetzt. Von Ihrer CAD Zeichnung zum fertigen Gussteil können nur wenige Tage vergehen. Die Printformen werden durch uns gießtechnisch optimiert und bei den marktführenden Herstellern komplett mit Speißer- / und Anschnittsystem gefertigt. Die Formen werden bei uns zum Gießen vorbereitet und anschließend abgegossen.
Dieses Verfahren eignet sich besonders bei der Prototypenherstellung und der Fertigung von Einzelteilen.
Durch dieses Verfahren werden die weit höheren Kosten einer Modelleinrichtung eingespart.
Aufgrund der fehlenden Formschräge werden Bearbeitungszugaben viel geringer oder entfallen ganz.Kleinserien:Mit unserer HSP 1 Luft-Impuls-Formanlage (Kastengröße: 600mm x 500mm x
360mm) und unserem Einlegplattensystem können wir kleine Serien (ab 20
St.) in dem Gewichtsbereich von 0,1 kg bis ca. 30 kg kostengünstig
herstellen.Einzelteilfertigung:Sie benötigen ein einzelnes Gussteil und sind noch in der Konstruktionsphase? Wir unterstützen Sie mit unserem gießtechnischen Know How. Die für uns tätigen Modellschreiner sind in der Lage, Styropor-, Kunststoff- oder Holzmodell nach Daten oder Zeichnung in kürzester Zeit herzustellen. Gusseisenteile die aus Styropormodelle, die aus der Form gebrochen werden oder in der Form bei gießen verbrennen (Vollformguss), hergestellt werden, gehören ebenfalls zu einer unserer Kernkopetenzen.
Durch unseren umfangreichen Formkastenbestand, unser bestens geschultes Fachpersonal, können wir Gussteile bis zu einem Stückgewicht von ca. 2 to schnell und günstig herstellen.

With cast iron products, Düker is one of the leading manufacturers of valves and pressure fittings for the drinking water and gas supply as well as of pipes and fittings for the drainage systems.
Furthermore the development and production of acid-proof enamelled components and pipes for the plant engineering of the chemical and pharmaceutical industry belongs to the core competence of Düker.
In the Lower Franconian locations Karlstadt and Laufach there are around
650 employees with an apprenticeship rate of approximately 8%. So Düker is one of the biggest German iron foundries.
