查看更多 Vor mehr als 300 Jahren begann man in Sundwig, die für die Fingerhut-, Tabakdosen-, und Drahtherstellung notwendigen Bleche aus Messing auf wassergetriebenen Plattenhämmern auszuschmieden. Später trat das Walzwerk anstelle des Hammers, die Dampfmaschine und schließlich der Elektromotor anstelle des Wasserrades.
Heute bilden die über Jahrhunderte gesammelte Erfahrung in der Erzeugung und Verarbeitung von Buntmetallen das Fundament zur Erzeugung von über 40 hochwertigster Legierungen.
Mit 6 Bandgießanlagen, 3 Walzgerüsten und entsprechenden Glühkapazitäten verfügen wir über die notwendige Flexibilität, die stetig steigenden Kundenanforderungen bezüglich der physikalischen und mechanischen Eigenschaften sowie der Produktqualität zu erfüllen.

Our production is subject to permanent control in order to assure the high quality standards of our continuous casting products. Apart from an analytical control of the cast materials by means of a Spectrolab, the mechanical characteristics of the casting alloys are also verified and statistically evaluated. If requested, each delivery can come with an analysis or acceptance certificate.
The further improvement of our product quality is achieved by a continual refinement of the production processes and investments in new equipment.
Our company is certified according to the norm DIN EN ISO 9001.

The company has established regulations and guidelines to protect the environment. Extensive investments in the field of energy management and pollution control create the preconditions for the observation of emission limits now and for the future.
