Die Firma wurde im Jahre 1997 aus einem privaten Kapital gegründet. Der Name setzt sich aus den ersten Buchstaben der drei Anteilinhaber und dem Schlüsselwort „Metal“ zusammen.
Seit seiner Entstehung hat sich das Unternehmen in seiner Tätigkeit auf Recycling also Wiedergewinnung konzentriert. Die Produktion hat mit der mechanischen Bearbeitung von NE-Metall-Abbränden angefangen, um eine metallische Fraktion bei der Bearbeitung in Kugelmühlen zu gewinnen. Das entstandene Produkt – Aluminium Granulat ist eine reine Charge von hoher Qualität für die weiteren thermischen Prozesse in Eisenhütten.
Um ihr Image zu verbessern, hat die Firma in den Jahren 2005/2006 mit dem Bau einer Aluminiumgießerei angefangen, die heute mit Einrichtungen zur thermischen Verwertung von Abfällen aus Aluminium ausgestattet ist und eine Produktionskapazität von 5000 T pro Jahr aufweist .
Jeder Schrott, der in unsere Firma kommt, unterliegt der Konfektionierung. Für diesen Prozess haben wir speziell geeignete mechanische Bearbeitungslinien von Abfällen. So können wir je nach Art und Verwendungszweck der Schrotte, sie für eine weitere Anwendung gerecht vorbereiten.
Die Firma hat eine gut entwickelte Handelstätigkeit und ist ein bedeutender Geschäftspartner im internationalen Handel mit Buntmetallen und legierten Stahlen. Unseren wichtigsten Exportmarkt bilden die EU-Ländern.
