占地面积超过13，000平方米，配有树脂砂加工生产线、disa生产线和5吨电炉、数控车床、数控铣床、数控镗床、数控加工中心、重型车床、立式车床、立式钻床等。铸造厂可铸造重量从0.1kgs到25000kgs的零件，机器尺寸可达1600mm（旋转直径）。年产量超过10000吨。
公司拥有严格的质量控制体系，拥有光谱仪、超声波测试仪、万能材料测试仪、金相分析仪、三坐标测量机等一流的化工和冶金实验室设备，可确保所用材料的质量，包括灰铸铁GG15、GG20、GG25、GG30、球墨铸铁GGG400-18、GGG500-7、GGG600-3、GGG700-2等各种材料。并可满足不同客户对尺寸的要求。
