A developer and manufacturer of plastic-bonded
permanent magnetic foils for digital and screen printing, permanent sintered
magnets as well as magnetic systems for industrial applications and one of
Germany’s leading suppliers of magnetic products. At RHEINMAGNET flexible permanent magnets are
processed by laminating, stamping, cutting and printing machines into large and
small series of consumer products. The excellent quality and piece-to-piece
uniformity of our production comply with highest international standards. RHEINMAGNET
is certified by DIN EN ISO 9001:2000.

Our today’s standard product range covers magnetic
foils and strips, magnetic strips for advertising and display, magnetic profiles,
advertising and organisation magnets, adhesive surfaces for magnets such as
ferrous foils, adhesive metal strips and steel boards, magnetic symbols, grip
magnets, magnetic tools and accessories, ferrite magnets and rare earth magnets
of the latest state of corrosion stabilised neodymium-iron-boron material. The
latter are magnets with the highest energy product that can be created today.
Our research and development department with
integrated laboratory is constantly working on the development of new products.
Recently launched was PERMAfer – a super thin ferrous foil with white printable PET
surface. This foil is particularly suitable to be put on magnetic foil for
changing advertisement.
Another new product is a luminescence foil. Due to this technology foils can be animated in
various colours and shapes which creates the impression of moving images.
LUMIMAG an organisation magnet in a coloured plastic case was launched as well.
Its case can be printed by pad printing. The front is fitted with an
exchangeable plastic disc, from inside illuminated by a LED unit, that can also
be printed individually.
Last but not least, PERMAdym – an extremely adhesive
anisotropic magnetic foil of neodymium-iron-boron material which opens up
completely new application approaches.
