The company Brau-Konzept GmbH plans and provides national as well as internationally since 1993 ready for occupancy brewing plants/ microbreweries and microbrewery equipment. Our comprehensive Know How is successfully converted by engineers and practical men from the brewing economy for many years. The offer reaches from planning to project engeneering over the installation up to start up and training of the personnel. To the customer's request adapted brewing prescriptions are likewise at the disposal like the assistance during an inexpensive material procurement as well as a later customer service.

Our company has been successfully planning and constructing complex high-tech plants for almost 50 years. We are proud to have been able to accompany market-leading companies in the extremely safety and quality-sensitive sectors of brewery and beverage technology as well as biotechnology and pharmaceuticals for decades.
In close cooperation with our international customers, we develop pioneering processes and highly efficient process technology. Our goal is to always provide a complete service package that has no interfaces and ensures overall functionality in the long term. The individual solutions we offer include special process steps as well as the control and visualisation of all processes. You benefit from our sophisticated modular components, which we are constantly optimising.

Technische Planung und Durchführung von Neu- und Umbauten, insbesondere im Bereich Getränke- und Ernährungsindustrie, vornehmlich für Brauereien und Mälzereien, Beratung auf diesem Gebiet sowie Begutachtung von technischen Tatbeständen aller Art.

Seit August 2012 gehört die ZIEMANN INTERNATIONAL GmbH zur China International Marine Container (CIMC) Group und ist innerhalb dieser Unternehmensgruppe eine 100%ige Tochtergesellschaft der niederländischen CIMC Enric Tank and Process BV.
In dieser neuen Struktur profitiert ZIEMANN von der wettbewerbsfähigen internationalen Infrastruktur der CIMC Group – und gewinnt mit dem niederländischen Tankspezialisten Holvrieka, der als Schwesterunternehmen von ZIEMANN ebenfalls zur CIMC Enric Tank and Process gehört, einen starken strategischen Partner für den gezielten Ausbau der Marktposition.

KASPAR SCHULZ has been manufacturing brewery plants and required accessories since 1677. We produce complete, fully automated brewery facilities with a maximum annual production of up to 400,000 hl in traditional designs as well fermentation and maturation tanks in every form and size.
For small scale breweries we manufacture complete pub breweries also known as micro-breweries completely mounted on base frames and ready for operation. They are available in copper and stainless steel versions with cast out volumes of 2.5-30 hl per brew depending on the equipment. We are among the market leaders for pub breweries.

Im Jahr 2000 in Nördlingen gegründet, weltweit im Einsatz: Die LP Project Service GmbH in Nördlingen plant, projektiert und montiert maßgeschneiderte Prozessanlagen für Molkereien, Brauereien und Mineralwasserbetriebe.
