The BOA Group develops, produces and distributes worldwide stainless steel components for motor management, exhaust systems and side components for vehicles. In the industrial division, the BOA Group delivers gas tight and flexible elements for applications in energy technology and technical construction: railway, shipyards, aerospace industry, vacuum technique, measurement and control as well as armatures.
BOA solutions include both standardized products and customized, individual elements developed together with the customer.

SchuF Fetterolf designs and manufactures industrial valves that control,
isolate,divert, or sample gases, liquids, slurries or powders.
SchuF was established in 1911 in Germany and now has design and
manufacturing plants in the United States, Ireland, India, Germany and
Brazil.
The founders of SchuF invented the lift plug, the ram and the disc
bottom outlet valve categories.
Today, SchuF has a broad product portfolio based on these initial
inventions as well as further developments which include the first
diverter valve and the unique outward opening (X-Flash) control valve.

福尔顿阀门公司于1981年在台湾台北市成立，至今总部仍设于此。自那时起，福尔顿集团公司已发展壮大，旗下拥有多家公司、多个制造基地、布局合理的分销中心以及种类繁多的产品线。
其中首家公司——福尔顿制造有限公司——在台湾注册成立，最初是一家铸造厂兼机械加工厂，主要生产青铜球阀。凭借强大的制造实力与卓越的质量理念，福尔顿实现了稳健增长并不断拓展产品线。随着市场对福尔顿产品的需求持续攀升，我们进一步扩大了生产设施与产能，目前在台湾高雄、中国大连和中国宁波均设有生产基地。
福尔顿阀门对这些生产基地及其配套的质量管理体系倍感自豪。各生产基地均配备国际领先的先进设备，并采用与北美制造商一致的生产工艺与质量控制流程。目前，我们正扩建位于台湾高雄的生产基地，以提升其制造能力并新建一座专门的研发中心。
福尔顿阀门的所有生产基地均已通过ISO认证，且我们的工业厂房也获得了API 6D认证。此外，福尔顿阀门还持有CE/PED许可，用于出口至欧洲市场的法兰连接球阀产品。福尔顿阀门生产的每一款产品均经过100%的压力测试，以确保其质量和性能达标。
1992年，福尔顿开始进军北美市场。同年，公司在不列颠哥伦比亚省里士满成立了Archmetal Industries Corp.，旨在为福尔顿的OEM及自有品牌客户提供服务。随后，福尔顿阀门美国公司与福尔顿阀门加拿大公司分别于1996年和2006年投入运营，负责在北美地区推广福尔顿及Fusion品牌产品。这两家分销中心分别选址于德克萨斯州休斯顿和阿尔伯塔省埃德蒙顿，地理位置优越，便于辐射整个北美市场。
凭借对上述生产基地的全资控股，福尔顿阀门已成为一家垂直一体化企业。我们全面掌控制造流程的各个环节，包括研发、工程设计、铸造、生产和供应链管理。垂直一体化模式能够实现质量与竞争力的最佳平衡。
