Heizschläuche transportieren flüssige oder gasförmige Medien (hauptsächlich Klebstoffe oder andere thermoplastische Produkte) von dem Ort an dem sie erwärmt werden zu dem Ort an dem sie aufgetragen, weiterverarbeitet oder gemessen werden.
Dabei ist es wichtig, dass der Heizschlauch das Medium ohne Temperaturverlust befördert.
Die Temperaturerhaltung des Mediums gewährleistet die Erhaltung des gewünschten Aggregatzustands, um die weitere Verarbeitung bzw. Messung mit dem bestmöglichen Ergebnis abzuschließen.
Die Heißleimschläuche der Firma BFI - Börzel Flexible Industrieheizungen sind systemkompatibel aufgebaut zu führenden Herstellern von Heißleimanlagen.
Auch Isolierschläuche (Schläuche ohne Beheizung, nur zum Erhalten der Wärme/Kälte), Hydraulikschläuche oder Frostschutzschläuche werden von uns entwickelt, gebaut und entsprechend dem vom Kunden geforderten Aufgabengebiet eingesetzt.
