Am 30. September 1972 wurde das Unternehmen als KG durch die früheren Geschäftsführer Wolfram Dreseler und Manfred Stephan gegründet. Als Betriebsräume dienten zunächst ein stillgelegter Lebensmittelladen und mehrere Garagen, die als Lager verwendet wurden. Mit einem weiteren Mitarbeiter als Verkäufer im Innendienst wurde die Firma eröffnet. Die Zustellung der verkauften Ware erfolgte durch einen eigenen LKW und einen angestellten Fahrer.

disposes of one of the biggest manufacturer-independent stocks of
cardanshaft components in Europe. The new production, remanufacturing as
well as the partial repair takes place by means of quality components
for all brands and applications. The CSN-Management System is certified
according to DIN ISO 9001 and 14001.
