Headquartered in the town of Waldkraiburg in Upper Bavaria SGF is a world-wide active supplier for automotive and industrial customers. Founded in 1946 the company's name originally was „Süddeutsche Bremsbelag GmbH“.
In 2016 the company generated € 113 million in annual sales with approx. 640 employees, who are working at three locations in Germany. These employees are our asset. Add to that six decades of know-how and compelling innovation. With this strategy we design products fitted for all areas of application – with particular consideration of cost effectiveness, comfort and safety. Worldwide.
WHAT WE OFFER
SGF offers a wide range of flexible, temperature-resistant products for torque transmission and vibration absorption. Their main area of application is in the automotive industry and general machine and systems engineering. We offer couplings for drive and steering shafts, dampers for drive shafts, exhaust hangers and absorbers as well as a variety of rubber-metal parts for the bearing of different aggregates.
OUR MARKET POSITION
We are the market leader for torque transmission and have 60 years of experience in cord and bonding technology. Our technical know-how in rubber and silicone processing, highly qualified personnel and state-of-the-art development and production facilities are the basis for the high quality standards of our products. To fulfill the highest requirements of the automotive industry SGF has been certified to DIN EN ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 16949.
OUR OBJECTIVE
It is our goal to provide integrated and coordinated solutions. System solutions for torque transmission coupled with vibration and noise damping.
We focus not only on the product but also on service. Service, which is customized to the individual requirements of our customers – from use-oriented development to support with vehicle maintenance and spare parts.
Soundwell, the compiling manufacturer of national standards for potentiometer and industrial standards for encoder, is leading the industry with its rich project experience and strong production and research capabilities. Owning to our product diversification, Soundwell tops the industry with a total selection of over 70,000 different specifications.
Products are widely used in automotive electronics, white appliances, black appliances, smart home, electronic and mechanical equipment smart office equipment, audio and video equipment, smart medical, smart wearable and other fields.

禹衡光学是国家编码器工程中试基地和博士后科研工作站，拥有自主知识产权，通过ISO9001质量体系认证；是吉林省博士后科研创业基地和省级技术中心。2012年“禹衡”被认定为中国驰名商标；“禹衡”牌光栅编码器被认定为中国名牌产品；2013年，禹衡光学被吉林省科技厅和吉林省财政厅评为“吉林省创新型科技企业”；2014年，被吉林省质量监督局评为“吉林省AAAA级标准化良好行为企业”；2015年，被国家工信部评为“工业品牌培育示范企业”。2016年，荣获中国机床工具工业协会颁发的中国数控机床展览会CCMT2016“春燕奖”。2017年，ZWD-32系列产品再次入选《全国机械工业用户满意产品名录》。2018年列入国家工信部《2018年工业强基工程重点产品、工艺“一条龙”应用计划》示范企业和示范项目；被中国国际电子商务中心评为“重点信用认证企业”；被中国传动网评为“CMCD 2018年度检测量测最具影响力企业”。2019年被吉林省科技厅授予“吉林省重点实验室”，被工信部授予首批专精特新小巨人企业，荣获“吉林省科技进步二等奖”。
禹衡光学在企业管理过程中实施ERP企业资源计划系统，涵盖了北京、上海、广州、南京、东北、西南六个销售分公司，实施远程数据信息化管理。
