We are specialist in construction and production of prototyp gear units and small series.
In our own production process we machine gear cases and manufacturing shafts, spur gears, spline shafts, syncron wheels, gear wheels and pinions.
From Hellmerich manufactured gears are available in following versions:
- straight and helical geared
- tooth flank and / or crowned
- on hube and shaft
- Case hardening (in own production)
- manufacturing according DIN 5480
- manufacturing according DIN 5472
