It also works closely with The Chinese academy of sciences, Tsinghua University etc. to advance the core technology of X-ray imaging. Presently Unicomp has submit a total of 256 patents with 199authorized. Unicomp has obtained numerous management system certification, such as ISO 9001 quality management system, ISO 14001 environmental management system, OHSAS18001 occupational health & safety management system, as well as ISO27001 information safety management system.
Today, Unicomp Technology has three R&D /Manufacturing sites exceeding 25,000m2 respectively located at Wuxi/Jiangsu Province, Shenzhen/Guangdong Province, and Chongqing. Our sales and service centers are located all across China including Beijing, Shenyang, Tianjin, Xi'an, Qingdao, Wuhan, Chengdu, Ningbo , Xiamen and etc. The company has also penetrated into the international market with sales and service support in USA, Mexico, Europe, UK, Russia, Brazil, Ecuador, Australia , Middle East and Southeast Asia. Gehandelt wurde mit Schmier- und Kraftstoffen aller Art sowie technischem Industriebedarf. Nach dem Krieg wurde der Firmensitz nach Kork verlegt. Nachdem Herr Josef Kessel im Jahr 1956 verstarb übernahmen die langjährigen Mitarbeiter Werner Weber und Kurt Seminati die Firma. 1988 stieg Herr Seminati aus der Geschäftsführung aus, die fortan durch Werner Webers Frau Gertrud Weber, deren Tochter Edith Honauer sowie Schwiegersohn Rudolf Honauer übernommen wurde.
Im Jahr 1978 wurde auf dem Firmengelände in Kehl-Kork eine neue Halle (Lagerfläche 2000 m²) mit Werkzeugmarkt (450 m²) und Verwaltungstrakt errichtet. Dies ist auch heute noch der aktuelle Standort der Fa. Kessel. Beliefert werden die Industrie, das Handwerk und der Heimwerker mit mehr als 40.000 Lagerartikeln und bis zu 200.000 Artikeln über das Streckengeschäft.
Seit 2003 ist das Unternehmen in zwei wirtschaftlich getrennte Geschäftsbereiche aufgeteilt. Den Technischen Handel zum einen sowie den Mineralölhandel und die Tankstelle zum anderen.
Ab 2015 folgten als Geschäftsinhaber und Gesellschafter für den Technischen Handel Herr Andreas Berl und Herr Bernd Rau, beides langjährige Mitarbeiter der Firma Josef Kessel GmbH & Co. KG. Gertrud Weber und Rudolf Honauer-Weber konzentrieren sich fortan auf den Mineralölhandel.
