Although already in business as far back as 1991, ALLFI AG Waterjet Cutting Technology only gravitated towards high-pressure engineering in early1995 and started focussing its attention on commercial water jet cutting in 1996. At about this time, not only did we evolve our «high pressure pump to cutting jet» approach but based our product engineering – then as today – on meeting recognised user desiderata:

• reliable, regular servicing to improve process safety.
• improved service life for wearing components in order to minimise plant down-times.
• easy, convenient component handling and maintenance measures.
• low operating costs to improve water-jet cutting competitiveness.

Our future aim is to become the leading component supplier and service provider not only for waterjet plant manufacturers and high-pressure pump manufacturers but also for users of waterjet cutting.

We, the IBG HydroTech GmbH based in Büdingen (near Frankfurt / M.), Specialize in the development and production of high-quality components and systems in the field of sewer cleaning and trenchless sewer rehabilitation. Starting with individual system components up to complex vehicle upgrades, we manufacture almost exclusively according to customer requirements.Our product portfolio has increased in recent years by some high-end products. This includes e.g. Milling robots, grooving and filling robots, walkers, inversion drums, UV curing equipment, etc. System components for sewer rehabilitation.Due to the fact that there is not a standard solution for every challenge, we develop and produce high quality products and solutions tailored to the needs of our customers. In addition to the well-known cleaning nozzles that IBG Hydro-Tech launched on the market 40 years ago under the name IBG Steinicke GmbH, we manufacture chain slingers and milling systems for efficient sewer cleaning.The experience of more than 40 years and the close cooperation with the local users, both nationally and internationally, enables us to always offer market-driven product solutions.
