Beijing Grasp Technology Development Company is in Beijing Zhongguancun Science Park Fengtai Park registered high-tech enterprises.
Since the early 1990s, it has been focusing on the whole industry chain of water quality samplers, and is the first high-tech environmental protection company in China that specializes in producing automatic water quality samplers using American technology.  The founder of the company led the research group to develop China's first fully automatic water sampler in 1992, filling the domestic gap, and in 1998, the first one passed the detection and identification of South China Institute of State Environmental Protection Administration. In 2009, it was the first company in China to obtain the national industrial product production license issued by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China (No.: XK07-002-00029).

Bis zum Jahre 1991 unter dem Firmennamen “breco” fast ausschließlich für die deutsche Zuckerindustrie tätig, öffnete sich “FRAWA” durch ein erweitertes Lieferprogramm nach und nach der gesamten Industrie.
