Das Maschinenbauunternehmen stellt Maschinen und Vorrichtungen zum elektrolytischen Entgraten, Senken, Bohren und Feinstbearbeiten von metallischen Präzisionsteilen her. Sie liefert ebenso Standardanlagen sowie vollautomatisierte Fertigungslinien mit Handlingsystem zur Fertigung von Stückzahlen über mehrere Millionen pro Jahr.

Das gilt auch für die Maschinen zum Entgraten und Schleifen. Dietmar Kübler ergänzt den Entwicklungsingenieur als Leiter der Produktion und des Qualitätsmanagements.

It allows to create defined chamfers with hard tools (e.g. mills, diamond deburring tools, ...) and the finishing with soft tools (e.g. brushes) in one cycle.
4. The Polishing Machines
panther 3 is specially designed to high polish ceramics and titan.
With up to 6 CNC axes and a push rod tool we can grant a optimal seat of tool on all points, even with spheres and overlapping shapes.
