2014年8月徐锻集团改制成江苏富仁集团控股的混合所有制企业，富仁集团董事长袁仁伟先生将徐锻集团定位为智能锻压设备系统集成商， 推动企业转型升级。同年，徐锻推出了国内首条超大行程、高精度的多连杆伺服压力机生产线，专门针对汽车高的强度钢热成形工艺所研制的锻压设备，技术达到国际水平。2016年10月，徐锻集团全资收购德国EBU成形技术有限公司，标志着徐锻在欧亚冲床市场，尤其是伺服高速压力机、多工位压力机及周边自动化领域，又迈出了重要的一步。

Our company has 40,000 square meters area; the construction area is 23, 000 square meters. HIDRALMAC is one of the largest manufacturers of PRESSES, PRESS BRAKES, and SHEARS, located in Araraquara city, state of Sao Paulo, where there are two units with over 40 thousand m² of total area.
