Unser Lieferprogramm bietet die Abwasserbehandlungsanlagen als Serienanlagen sowie kundenspezifische Lösungen für unterschiedlichste Anwendungen. Dabei bedienen wir uns modernster Techniken und Materialien.
Vorwiegend nutzen wir das Flotations-, Sedimentations- und Neutralisationsverfahren für die Aufbereitung auch schwierigster Abwässer.
Im Sonderanlagenbau bieten wir kundenspezifische Lösungen, deren Konstruktion und Produktion aufgrund der im Labor ermittelten Verfahrensweise erfolgt.
Zielgerecht für schwierige Abwässer wurde eine neuartige Anlage entwickelt. Mit der Batchflot steht erstmals eine Serienlage zur Verfügung die im Chargenverfahren eine mehrstufige Behandlung in unterschiedlichsten pH-Bereichen erlaubt. So können unterschiedlichste Schadstoffe aus Abwässern in einem Durchlauf entfernt werden. Flüssige Spaltchemikalien und eine effektive Flotationstechnik gewährleisten einen minimalen Schlammanfall und damit niedrige Folgekosten.
Unsere Biologischen Verfahren erlauben den Einsatz als Recyclingsysteme in Fahrzeug- und Zugwaschanlagen. Kombiniert mit Feinstfiltration und Entkeimungstechniken werden gesetzliche Auflagen erfüllt.
Mit der Erfahrung von über 10 Jahren bieten wir ein umfangreiches Fachwissen mit dem wir ihre Abwasserprobleme professionell lösen. Bei der Herstellung der Abwasserbehandlungsanlagen in unserer Fertigung werden überwiegend Materialien aus unterschiedlichen Kunststoffen verwendet.
Spezielle Programme für die Steuerung der Anlagen werden mit Siemens geschrieben und eingesetzt.
Benötigte Verbrauchsmaterialien können meist aus Lagervorrat kurzfristig angeliefert werden. Für die anschließende Betreuung und Wartung der Anlagen steht unser Servicepersonal für Sie zur Verfügung.
