The factory was established in 1986. And covers an area of around 2300 m2. The plants were divided into two production areas, steel balls and bearings. We owns more than 500 sets advanced production equipment and more than 100 sets of testing devices. Our annual output of steel balls are about 3,600 tons, and more than 5 million pieces of bearings. Meanwhile, we have our own trading company named “STW” for international business. Until now, 50% products of HUARI have been entered into worldwide markets.
All of steel balls and bearings produced by HUARI are covering the production process by standards ISO 9001:2008.

Von allen technischen Keramiken ist Si3N4 nach
heutigem Stand der beste Werkstoff für Wälzkörper und Lagerringe. Vor
allem sein geringes Gewicht macht ihn zu einem idealen Werkstoff für
drehzahlbeanspruchte Wälzlager. Die geringe Wärmedehnung ist günstig für
Keramikwälzkörper, bei Erwärmung verringert sich die Lagerluft nicht so
stark wie bei Stahlkugeln, ein Plus an Sicherheit. Bei größeren
Temperaturdifferenzen kann aber die Anbindung an metallene Umbauteile zu
Passungproblemen führen. Hier ist ZrO2 eine montage- und anwendungsfreundliche Alternative zu Si3N4.
In CEROBEAR Hybrid- und Keramikwälzlagern wird fast ausschließlich Siliciumnitrid (Si3N4) eingesetzt. Seltener kommt Zirkonoxid (ZrO2) als Ringwerkstoff in Kombination mit Kugeln aus Si3N4
zum Einsatz. Härte, Druckfestigkeit, Verschleißbeständigkeit und
Korrosionsbeständigkeit sind deutlich höher als bei Wälzlagerstahl. Ein
hoher E-Modul vermindert die Verformung unter Belastung, ein Lager mit
Keramikkugeln ist steifer als ein Stahllager. Zudem bildet sich eine
kleinere Kontaktfläche (Hertzsche Kontaktellipse) aus, weniger
Reibverluste sind die Folge. Allerdings führt eine kleinere
Kontaktfläche zu einer höheren Hertzschen Pressung, diese Belastung ist
für Keramik aber nicht problematisch.
