Die polyoptics GmbH ist Entwickler und Hersteller von
Kunststoffoptiken. Dabei deckt das Unternehmen die komplette
Wertschöpfungskette – von der Kundenanfrage, über den
Ultra-Präzision-Werkzeugbau bis hin zur Serienfertigung inklusive
optischer Beschichtung – ab.
Auf dem Gebiet der Kunststoffoptik besitzt das Unternehmen
langjährige Erfahrung. In den 90er Jahren beginnt Fuji Film Records mit
der Forschung und Entwicklung von optischen Komponenten in Kleve. Durch
ein Management Buyout der Unternehmenssparte "optische Komponenten aus
Kunststoffen" im Jahr 2008 blieb mehr als 20 Jahre Erfahrung und
Arbeitsplätze am Standort erhalten.
Seitdem entwickelt und produziert das Unternehmen unter dem Namen
polyoptics GmbH Kunststoffoptik-Produkte für namenhafte Unternehmen im
Bereich der LED-Technik, Medizintechnik, Sensorik, und Consumer
Electronics.

Nach mehr als 15 Jahren Erfahrung in der Entwicklung, Herstellung und Verarbeitung von Hartstoffen und Kristallen hat Sebastian Löslein, diplomierter Materialwissenschaftler, SAPPHCOM gegründet, um sich auf die Beratung zu Anwendungen rund um Industriesaphir und die Beschaffung dieses Materials zu spezialisieren.
Da Löslein seit seinem 16. Lebensjahr im Familienbetrieb mit der Saphirverarbeitung vertraut war, lernte er dieses widerstandsfähige Material aus erster Hand kennen.
Die frühe Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden ermöglichte es ihm, nicht nur die Saphirherstellung zu verstehen, sondern auch die praktischen Anwendungen in Spezialgebieten wie Medizintechnik, Optik und Messtechnik.
Obwohl Löslein eine Karriere in der angewandten Forschung am Fraunhofer-Institut verfolgte und später Führungspositionen in der Werkzeugentwicklung übernahm, blieb sein Engagement in der Produktion, Beratung und im Vertrieb von synthetischem Saphir während seiner gesamten beruflichen Laufbahn konstant.
Mit SAPPHCOM verfolgt Löslein das Ziel, die globale Plattform rund um den Werkstoff Industriesaphir zu sein.

In our own factory in Poland, synthetic sapphire is grown in optical quality and manufactured in large quantities at low cost.
Here in Germany, near Nuremberg, we have a small company where we process small quantities, prototypes, special orders and urgent orders. Using the latest technologies, we can process optical components with the tightest tolerances and dimensional accuracy.
This allows us to meet the highest optical quality standards.
