2. 根据气体的不同，会产生定向循环，而不会产生离心泵式的机械设备。流动形式是确定的，液体循环是强大的，里面没有运动部件, 剪应力小，耗能非常均匀, 而剪切力敏感材料具有特别重要的意义;
3. 不锈钢酵母发酵罐比传统发酵罐具有更大范围的可操作气体和液体流量;
4. 该不锈钢酵母发酵罐具有很高的供气效率, 气体立管的通风可以比鼓泡反应器的风量大, 有利于有氧反应;
5 、不锈钢发酵罐的流态化效果优异，可以是固体颗粒, 即使是较重的粒子也完全停留在悬浮状态。
