The company offers a comprehensive range of metal productsin different materials, such as:
Press-bent sections and profiles for modular and general metal construction (maximum length 12 mt; thicknesses range 0.5 mm to 5 mm) Custom tubes of various geometries (round, square, and rectangular), with straight or inclined cuts, drilling, and notching.
Maximum workable tube range: Ø 250 and 200 × 200, with a maximum bar weight of 41 kg/ml, automatic loading / unloadingOur serviceis tailored to diverse industrial needs, with thefollowing processing and assembly:
- cutting, punching, bending and profiling
- mechanical riveting andautomatic nailing
- 2D laser cutting (workingrange: 2000 mm x 4000 mm) and Tube laser cutting (automatic loader up to 9 mt,automatic unloader up to 6.50 mt)
- welding and assembly
- surface finishing, such aspowder coating, electrolytic and hot galvanizing
For production, we maintain a constantstock of raw materials, such as:
Sendzmir galvanized sheet metal: thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 5 mm Pre-painted sheet metal: thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 1.5 mm in various standard RAL colors AISI3402B stainless steel sheet metal, 1.2 mm up to 3 mm (other grades and thicknesses available upon request)
Black sheet metal: thicknesses from 1.5 to 20 mm
Galvanized pipes (thickness: 3 mm – 4 mm - 5 mm; dimensions: 80x80 -100x100 -180x180 mm and others)
Aluminum

All processed components aresubject to strict quality control procedures and full traceability (useof a labeling/barcode system) that guarantee their final quality.
The company has obtained the following Certifications:
- UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 (quality management system)
- UNI EN ISO 1090-1:2009 + A1:2011(CE marking of processes, conformityof steel and aluminum structures), including UNI EN ISO 3834 (qualityfor fusion welding of metallic materials)
