Was als Manufaktur am 1.10.1919 im Keller eines Wohnhauses seinen Ursprung hatte, ist heute in vierter Generation unter Führung des Geschäftsinhabers Michael Kleinbongartz ein global operierendes Familienunternehmen.
Der Marktführer agiert mit 80 Mitarbeitern von Hilden aus und vertreibt seine Produkte in über 100 Länder weltweit. Heute ist KUKKO nicht mehr nur Hersteller von Abziehwerkzeugen, sondern vielmehr Lösungsentwickler, der mit Know-how und Weitblick dafür sorgt, dass bei seinen Kunden und Partnern alles weiterläuft.

Die Dr. Matzat & Co. GmbH agiert seit 1991 als Fachbetrieb für Spanntechnik und Fertigungstechnik. In den ersten Jahren legten wir den Fokus unseres Engagements vor allem auf die Konstruktion von Sonderspannvorrichtungen. The family-owned company SPREITZER PRÄZISIONSWERKZEUGE was founded in 1983 by Johann Spreitzer. Since then, the company has specialised in the development, design and manufacture of complex system solutions in the fields of clamping technology and metrology. Innovation has always been at the heart of the company’s activities. Its product and service portfolio ranges from modular clamping devices and modular systems for machining centres to mechanical clamping devices for manual quality control and customised fixture construction.

An international customer base benefits from the extensive experience and expertise of SPREITZER and its employees. In-depth specialist knowledge, modern manufacturing methods and a consistently customer-oriented approach guarantee optimum results, even for demanding applications.
DEVELOPMENT AND DESIGN
Development and design work is carried out using modern, high-performance 3D CAD workstations, reducing the time required for routine tasks and allowing more time to be devoted to the creative aspects of each project. For customers requiring customised designs in particular, the use of CAD systems provides fast access to design and engineering drawings, as well as straightforward data exchange in all common file formats.
PRODUCTION AND ORDER PROCESSING
Cost-effective production is achieved through the use of modern CNC manufacturing technologies supported by a CAD/CAM system. Qualified employees are responsible for assembly and functional testing. To ensure consistently high levels of precision, modern CNC coordinate measuring technology is used for quality inspection and assessment.
The entire organisation, production planning and order processing are monitored and supported by a powerful ERP system to ensure that products are delivered on schedule.

The municipality of Gosheim, with approximately 3,800 inhabitants, is situated in a scenic location on the Heuberg plateau in the Swabian Jura, within the district of Tuttlingen in south-western Baden-Württemberg.

In summer, Gosheim offers a well-developed network of marked walking and hiking trails, providing scenic excursions through beautiful landscapes and natural surroundings. In winter, winter sports enthusiasts can enjoy groomed cross-country skiing trails, the biathlon centre and the ski slope. The Jurabad leisure pool is popular with people of all ages throughout the year.
Gosheim is an industrial community with approximately 2,500 jobs and a well-developed infrastructure.
The municipality has three kindergartens, full-day childcare for children from the age of one, a primary school and a Werkrealschule with afternoon care, a special-needs school, and an educational centre with a secondary school and grammar school.
The Gosheim-Wehingen educational centre was extensively expanded and renovated between 2002 and 2004, making it one of the most modern educational institutions in the district of Tuttlingen.
Our community also offers a lively social environment with 30 clubs and associations, a wide range of restaurants serving everything from traditional regional cuisine to international dishes, and an excellent healthcare system with general practitioners, dentists and a pharmacy.
