VOKA, Vogtländisches Kabelwerk GmbH, is a company rich in tradition. It was established in 1919 and has become a leading specialist in the production of telephone and communication cables over the history of cable industry.
VOKA is a medium-sized company with approx. 350 employees. Our affiliation to a leading German cable group supplements the advantages of a medium-sized company with the opportunities of a specialised group.
The supply programme includes telephone cables from in-house use up to LAN networks as well as underground cables of various types for long-distance and local networks, e.g. for German Telecom. Furthermore we manufacture signal cables for railroad operation and for monitoring and control of industrial plants. In addition to our core business our supply programme includes electronic and safety cables of various types and customised special cables. We use different materials like PVC, PE or PUR as well as halogen-free compounds for the production of these cables.

HEW-KABEL is a medium-sized company in Wipperfürth, 50 km east of Cologne. We employ more than 450 people in research and development, and production and sales. Their qualifications are always kept up to date through continuous training. Our internal processes are subject to the strictest quality management system and are optimally coordinated with one another. From technical design to production to sales, we offer everything from one source.
Using its many years of know-how and experience, HEW-KABEL designs, develops and manufactures customer-specific cable solutions for various industrial market segments, where miniaturization, flexibility or special durability are required. Fields of application include the automotive industry, the aerospace industry, medical equipment, robotics, instrumentation and control technology, sensor technology, traffic technology, high frequency technology as well as mechanical engineering.
In addition, the group's product portfolio also includes silicone compounds (offered by SiC Compound). As an independent, owner-operated company, HEW-KABEL has the following core competencies:
