ABMT成立于2013年，最初的意图是销售和翻新变压器。2015年，在赢得皮奥伊回收变压器的合同后，该公司扩大了业务范围，回收构成变压器的其他材料，如矿物油、铜、铝、黑色金属和有色金属材料。

2020年，该公司开始扩大工厂结构，并于次年将卡车车队增加了一倍。同样在2021年，它签署了第一份国际合同。最后，在2023年，它与该国最大的电力公司之一签署了合同。

We are an innovative family owned manufacturing company specialized on transformers up to 1,6 MVA, reactors/chokes up to 300kHz and 2500A, as well as DC power supplies up to 60.000A. As a part of the Schmidbauer group with 125 employees, we develop and manufacture powerfull and high efficient products in the range of electrical engineering. In order to offer the customer an efficient total product range, the electronical and mechanical assemblies are available by our business partners at the same place of location.
