气压公司建于1965年，是原国家机械部定点生产军用和民用压缩机产品的重点企业，是中国压缩机协会副理事长单位。公司为国有控股企业，隶属于机电控股（集团）公司旗下重庆机电股份有限公司，并于2008年在香港H股上市（股票代码：2722HK）。公司是重庆市高新技术企业、创新型企业、技术创新示范企业、国防科技工业配套先进单位，拥有重庆市市级企业技术中心、重庆市压缩机工程技术研发中心、重庆市LNG成套设备工程技术研究中心。公司拥有重庆市著名商标“CCF”和“CQ”，是集自主研发、制造、销售、服务于一体的综合性压缩机制造企业。

is a subsidiary of the Kawasaki Industrial Gas Turbines Business
group. KAWASAKI has been involved
in the development, sales and service of industrial gas turbines
in the area of Kawasaki Heavy Industries since 1972. In 1998 Kawasaki
Heavy Industries Ltd., Japan, achieved revenues of USD 10 billion
world-wide and employed more than 17,000 people.
The company
KGE offers its customers a complete and tailor-made range of services
from a single supplier. In a committed and competent manner, it
plans, produces, sets up and supports energy plants primarily for
generating electricity and occasionally heat. The company registers
close to 100 installed gas turbine generator sets in Europe and
more than 5,000 world-wide and offers gas turbine generator sets
ranging from 600 to 7,000 kW (electrical) and 1,700 to 10,000 kW
(thermal).
