We developed our own metal platingtechniques for thermoplastics produced by means of high-precision molding.Through our unique engineering methods for two-shot part molding, together withbright and semi-bright satin-like plating and our state-of-the-art Cr6⁺ freeplating, we are able to manufacture a wide variety of plastic products. Ourproducts are highly evaluated due to their contribution for the subminiaturization,profile reduction and quality improvement of automotive interior parts andelectronic devices.
We produce our own translucent buttons andcontrol panels through an integrated process of molding, plating, painting,laser etching and assembly, ensuring a high-quality production and consequentlyresponding to worldwide requirements through Taiyo’s global network.
