描述
齿轮密封通常指减速机或齿轮泵中轴端与壳体之间的密封。其核心功能是防止内部润滑介质（齿轮油）泄漏，并阻隔外部的灰尘、水分及金属颗粒进入，从而直接影响设备的使用寿命和运行效率。
常见密封类型
轴用油封（唇形密封）
特点：最常用的接触式密封，通过带弹簧的密封唇与旋转轴保持紧密接触。部分高端油封还具备流体动力学特性（如回油槽），以进一步提升防漏性能。
应用：通用型减速机、轻载汽车齿轮传动系统等。
迷宫密封
特点：非接触式密封，利用轴与密封件之间曲折的通道形成节流效应，从而阻止泄漏。该结构无摩擦磨损，可适应高转速工况。
应用：高速重载齿轮箱、风力发电机齿轮箱等。
机械密封（端面密封）
特点：由一对或多对垂直于轴线的端面构成的密封装置，在流体压力和弹簧力作用下相互贴合并相对滑动，具有优异的密封性能且泄漏量极小。
应用：用于输送高压、易燃、易爆或强腐蚀性介质的齿轮泵。
填料密封
特点：结构简单、成本低廉，但运行过程中允许少量可控泄漏，且需定期拧紧压盖。
应用：通用型齿轮输送泵。
核心材料
齿轮密封部件须具备优异的耐磨性、耐热性、耐油性和耐化学性。常用材料包括：
氟橡胶（FKM）：耐高温性能突出（通常可达200℃），且具有较强的耐化学品性能。
工程塑料（如PEEK）：在高速运转及恶劣化学工况下表现出卓越的耐磨性和机械强度。
技术资料

工作压力：齿轮泵或高压齿轮箱的密封件必须承受系统压力；动密封通常在0–40 MPa范围内工作（常与辅助密封圈配合使用）。
表面速度（轴速）：旋转密封存在速度限制；例如，传统唇形密封的典型上限约为10–15 m/s。
