公司成立于2004年6月，专注于全自动平衡机的研发、设计、生产和销售，致力成为平衡技术全面研发和综合应用型企业。于2012年3月完成股份制改造，2016年10月成功登陆深交所创业板。作为国内动平衡行业的牵头企业，集智股份联合上海衡望、杭州合慧、 杭州谛听等子公司，构建和延伸产业链结构，持续加大新产品的开发力度，积极向新能源行业以及航空航天等高速动平衡、智能制造领域开拓发展，为客户提供可靠、多样化的产品选择。
