压接式连接器的制造工艺包括：先采用高精度冲压技术，从铜合金材料中成形出具有弹性的针脚（俗称“针眼”），随后进行选择性镀金或镀锡处理，并将其嵌入LCP绝缘体外壳中。在PCB组装过程中，通过控制插入力与插入速度，将弹性针脚压入镀通孔内，从而形成无需焊接的气密性过盈配合连接。对镀通孔的孔径公差及针脚几何形状的严格管控，可确保可靠的保持力与优异的电气性能。
