Under the direction of Stefan Deschler and Thomas Weber, approx. 140 employees are active in sales, production and administration. Mr. Stefan Deschler has passed through all stages within the medium-sized company since joining more than 25 years ago. He knows the expectations and wishes of the customers as well as the requirements of suppliers and international trading partners.
After training as a marketing specialist, Deschler started his career with Weha in 1989 as a buyer for diamond products. Back in 1992 he was Product Manager and Key Account Manager responsible for Diamond Tools. In 1998, he was appointed authorized officer for product management and marketing. In 2002, he became assistant to the management. In 2004, Stefan Deschler took over the Weha group as managing partner. With a feel for the needs of the market and an experienced team, he developed the company from tool supplier for the German market to an internationally known and renowned partner for stone processors in Europe and the USA.
Since July 2017, the responsibilities have been shared in the Weha headquarters in Königsbrunn. Mr. Weber already advised Weha and took over sales, supporting Mr. Deschler with projects, the optimization of business processes and strategic issues. After training as an industrial clerk and studying business administration, he has many years of industry and consulting expertise in mechanical engineering and in the construction supply industry.
