Die FRIGOBLOCK GmbH wurde 1978 als kuk kunststoff- und kältetechnik Grosskopf GmbH gegründet und entwickelte sich schnell zum führenden Hersteller von Transportkältemaschinen in Deutschland. Der Name FRIGOBLOCK wurde zum Markennamen für unübertroffene leistungsstarke, umweltfreundliche und kostensparende Transportkältemaschinen. Dies war einer der Gründe, warum FRIGOBLOCK 1991 Teil des Firmennamens wurde. Die FRIGOBLOCK GmbH ist heute der drittgrößte europäische Anbieter von Transportkältemaschinen. Mit 150 Mitarbeitern am Hauptsitz in Essen produziert das Unternehmen jährlich bis zu 2.500 Hochleistungskältemaschinen.

The Malyshev Factory (Ukrainian: Zavod imeni V.O. Malysheva, Завод імені В.О. Малишева), formerly the Kharkiv Locomotive Factory (KhPZ), is a state-owned manufacturer of heavy equipment in Kharkiv, Ukraine. It was named after the Soviet politician Vyacheslav Malyshev. The factory is part of the State Concern UkrOboronProm (Ukrainian Defense Industry).
It produces diesel engines, farm machinery, coal mining, sugar refining, and wind farm equipment, but is best known for its production of Soviet tanks, including the BT tank series of fast tanks, the famous T-34 of the Second World War, the Cold War T-64 and T-80, and their modern Ukrainian successor, the T-84. The factory is closely associated with the Morozov Design Bureau (KMDB), designer of military armoured fighting vehicles and the Kharkiv Engine Design Bureau (KEDB)[2] for engines. Commerce:
1. Import, distribution and co-production of equipment mainly based on the work of internal combustion engines and electric - power generators, water pumps, compactors and others.
2. Spare parts and specialist diagnostic equipment for DIESEL services repairing injection equipment.
3. Import and distribution of scooters and quads.
4. Import and distribution of outboard motors, pontoons, and boats.
Services
1. Authorised Service (ATS) - Bosch Diesel Centre, Delphi, Denso, Stanadyne, VDO Siemens, Sachs, Motorpal, Wuzetem.
2. Services in the field of warranty and post-warranty services of the sold devices.
Brief Company History
In 1982 the company makes its first steps on the market - surprisingly - not really related to today's industries. Political conditions, new opportunities for private business and the circumstances in which Piotr Zaleski found the field to conduct his own business in the eighties caused that in the first years the main activity was the production of bottle caps. Due to the need of the market, hard work, persistence, openness in action, and above all support of the family - believing that nothing is impossible - taking small steps, chairman Piotr Zaleski built his company. With passion the automotive department and sales department were created, first based on offering internal combustion engines, further expanded with devices based on them. Today Pezal, enhanced activity of the next generation, gradually develops, caring for the development and attractiveness of our products and services.
Goals and Tasks
Pezal will continue to extend its offer, refinie department of development, introduce innovative solutions to the market, train agents and employees, guarantee our customers the highest level of service at very competitive prices.
