We are a middle-size enterprise with main focus in the metal-processing industry.
Our origin is in the shipbuilding industry and in particular the ship mechanical engineering with specialization in heavy machine components like rudder shafts, propeller shafts, controllable pitch propellers, steel castings, hydraulic nuts, stainless steel sleeves and other mechanical components.
In the time we have orientated ourselves on advanced materials and in particular on Titanium and his alloys as well as refractory metals as Tantalum, Niobium, Molybdenum and Zirconium. The industrial application of Titanium is at the moment our main focus.

KG Stanz- und Schweißtechnik is an experienced German manufacturer of custom-made drawing parts, stamped parts, stamped and formed parts, welded assemblies, and metal assemblies manufactured to customer drawings. For almost nine decades, we have supported companies in mechanical engineering, automotive, commercial vehicles, agricultural machinery, construction equipment, electrical engineering, e-mobility, railway technology, and industrial plant engineering with customized metal components for demanding technical applications.

Our production is based on technical drawings, CAD data, 3D models, or customer samples. We manufacture precision drawing parts, metal components, assemblies, and welded constructions from steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass, and other materials. Our range of services includes metal processing, metal stamping, stamp forming technology, welding technology, assembly manufacturing, and the cost-effective series production of complex metal components.
