Olsen Technology has twenty years of manufacturing dished heads for tanks. Our products are mostly used in pharma and food industries. The company has established a standard quality assurance system to make sure every heads are of top quality. We believe that good tolerance control and surface protection are the key for the best quality.

Our main production facilities: 5000 T press machine, 3000 T press machine, 1600 T press machine and several spinning machines. Dished head under 3 meter are formed by pressing.
Main material we can supply: 1. ASME standard 304 316L carbon steel. 2. Chinese Standard GB materials. The Chinese materials are the easiest for us to find in the domestic. For other materials, please ask individually.
We make dished head based on millimeter and inner diameter. It would be of the best quality and the most convenient delivery time for us to provide if you can consider inner diameters.

Spezialisiert auf Behälterböden aus Edelstahl, Aluminium, Sonderstähle und Kupfer. JÜNGER GmbH - Bödenpresswerk - Gut in Form seit 1906

Unser Unternehmen besteht seit 50 Jahren, gegründet 1967 von Herrn Gerhard Debus. Begonnen wurde mit 5 Mitarbeitern und der Herstellung von Kellerfenstern. Nach und nach veränderten sich die Produkte und das Unternehmen ist stetig gewachsen, sodass wir heute in den Sparten Umformtechnik und Einrichtungstechnik, ca. 50 Mitarbeiter beschäftigen. Durch zahlreiche Erweiterungen verfügen wir aktuell über folgende Fertigungseinrichtungen:

• 12 Tiefziehpressen bis 900 Tonnen
• 5 Kantenbearbeitungsmaschinen, Stanzen und Abkantpressen
• 1 Drückbank
• 1 Trumatic Stanz-Nippler sowie mehrere Tafel- und Kreisscheren
• 1 Brennschneidanlage
• Schweißroboter GMF und Kreisscheren

Umformtechnik
In der Umformtechnik werden kundenspezifische, werkzeuggebundene Blechteile gedrückt, gestanzt, kaltumgeformt, tiefgezogen, gebogen und geschweißt. Wir verarbeiten hauptsächlich Stahlsorten in der Güte S235 JRG 2, DD11 – 13, DC 01, P265 GH bis 10 mm Stärke, sowie alle gängigen Edelstahlsorten 1.4301, 1.4404, 1.4571 bis 6 mm Stärke.
Unsere Produkte finden Anwendung in den Sparten des allgemeinen Maschinenbaus, z. B. bei
Landmaschinen, Baumaschinen, der Regelungstechnik, NahrungsmittelindustrieElektroindustrie und Kranbau, besonders sind wir auf die Herstellung von Behälterböden für den Apparate- und Behälterbau, sowie die Heiztechnik spezialisiert.

1990 Foundation of Foundry Engineering GmbH, based in Bern village , with the following production program :
