按照客户图纸要求定制，原材料可以是各种碳钢、模具钢、合金钢、不绣钢等圆钢、铸件或者是锻打件，材料经过热处理调质，达到图纸要求的力学性能，如硬度HRC20-24、抗拉强度MPa≥、屈服强度MPa≥、冲击功等，在通过车床、铣床、磨床加工，然后定制成轴.
技术资料
工艺：原材料→粗车→固溶热处理调质→半精车→去应力→精车→铣键槽→去应力→磨削→检验合格→成品不锈钢轴
精度:0.01-0.02mm,跳动：0.02mm，光洁度：0.8mm
