Ist die Herstellung und der Vertrieb von Produkten der Schließtechnik und von Metallwaren aller Art, insbesondere die Fortführung der bisher von der Kommanditgesellschaft in Firma Wilhelm Karrenberg, Velbert (nachstehend kurz "KG" genannt) betriebenen Schloßfabrik.
