Clamping, changing, transporting – we set the tone with this triad when it comes to swift die changings, and our rollers still play the leading role. Our ROLLBLOC system makes it possible to move extremely heavy dies as if by magic and to precisely position them for installation. The T-groove designed ball bars make even the heaviest dies look weightless. This constantly evolving technology still forms the core of our product range.
Throughout the development of the ROLLBLOC line, we at Güthle have been in constant dialogue with our customers and have expanded our range to meet customer requirements. Our complex DILOS systems were inspired by customer products and concepts to enable the automated die change of heavy-duty press dies, pursuant to individual requirements and specifications.

The success story of our internationally successful family-owned company began when the 19-year old Ludwig Demmeler laid the foundation in 1961: In his small workshop, he worked as a subcontractor for nearby industrial businesses. Today, 60 years later, DEMMELER is an expanding and technologically strong company in the field of mechanical engineering with around 250 employees. As a hidden champion, the company in Heimertingen develops and manufactures products in the field of clamping and welding technology, rotary tables, tool changing systems based on robots and machine tool components.Innovations that have become the standard for trade and industry have always shaped our company's successful history. Already by 1990, DEMMELER set the standards on the market as the inventor of the 3D clamping system: Originally intended for the company's own production, the device system proved to be a quantum leap in metal processing and today is an international industrial standard due to the many possible applications and combinations.

1. Warehouse technology for industry and tradeWe manufacture specialist and general purpose materials handling trucks for the “in-house” transport in industry and trade. Our product spectrum ranges from the simple manual fork-lift truck to high-lift picking trucks. Load capacities range from 0.3 to 10 tonnes. Our modular construction system allows us to meet customer requirements entirely and down to the crucial detail. Lifting and transport equipment for the textile industryFor the textile industry – weaving mills and warp knitting factories – Genkinger-HUBTEX is a world leader and develops and manufactures specially adapted lifting and transport vehicles for the handling of warp beams, cloth beams and large batches. We closely cooperate with leading textile machine manufacturers to find the best possible solution to customers needs.

Special solutions, lifting masts and components for driverless transport systemsIn the area of driverless transport systems, Genkinger-HUBTEX is a reliable partner for the most well known manufacturers. As a supplier for this sector, we develop and manufacture individual components, such as lifting masts, driving units, and also complete vehicles.
