Gühring ist heute einer der weltweit führenden Anbieter von Werkzeugen für die rotierende Zerspanung: Bohrwerkzeuge, Tieflochbohrer, Gewindewerkzeuge, Fräswerkzeuge, Reibwerkzeuge, Senkwerkzeuge, Diamantwerkzeuge sowie modulare Werkzeugsysteme. Das aktuelle Produktprogramm umfasst insgesamt über 1620 verschiedene Werkzeugsorten mit mehr als 44.000 verschiedenen Artikeln.
Die Werkzeugentwicklung erfolgt in einem hochmodernen Forschungs- und Entwicklungszentrum. Außerdem gehören eigene Bereiche für die Entwicklung und Fertigung von Hartmetallen und Beschichtungen zum Unternehmen. Die Division Dienstleistung bietet Service rund um das Werkzeug bis hin zum kompletten Tool Management.
Hergestellt werden die Werkzeuge in insgesamt 31 Produktzentren im In- und Ausland. Für die Dienstleistungen in unmittelbarer Nähe zu unseren Kunden stehen außerdem 36 Dienstleistungszentren weltweit, davon 9 in Deutschland zur Verfügung. Darüber hinaus wird Gühring weltweit durch mehr als 43 Ländergesellschaften bzw. Vertriebsbüros repräsentiert.

The Assfalg GmbH is a medium sized company in the federal state Baden-Württemberg, founded in 1932.
The owner-run family business is managed by Dipl-Wirt.-Ing. Ronald Assfalg, his wife Annette Assfalg and their son Christian Assfalg industrial metal master (4th generation).
Nationally and internationally, we support the whole metalworking industry.

Since 1975 Assfalg is working in the magnetic clamping and lifting technology. Throughout the years Assfalg could establish itself by patented and innovative products national and international as a manufacturer and as a distributor.
In the deburring or edge bevelling technology Assfalg offers one of the biggest product range of hand-guided, mobile and stationary machines. Therefore Assfalg is one the biggest provider in that area.

The family-owned company SPREITZER PRÄZISIONSWERKZEUGE was founded in 1983 by Johann Spreitzer. Since then, the company has specialised in the development, design and manufacture of complex system solutions in the fields of clamping technology and metrology. Innovation has always been at the heart of the company’s activities. Its product and service portfolio ranges from modular clamping devices and modular systems for machining centres to mechanical clamping devices for manual quality control and customised fixture construction.

DEVELOPMENT AND DESIGN
Development and design work is carried out using modern, high-performance 3D CAD workstations, reducing the time required for routine tasks and allowing more time to be devoted to the creative aspects of each project. For customers requiring customised designs in particular, the use of CAD systems provides fast access to design and engineering drawings, as well as straightforward data exchange in all common file formats.
PRODUCTION AND ORDER PROCESSING
Cost-effective production is achieved through the use of modern CNC manufacturing technologies supported by a CAD/CAM system. Qualified employees are responsible for assembly and functional testing. To ensure consistently high levels of precision, modern CNC coordinate measuring technology is used for quality inspection and assessment.
The entire organisation, production planning and order processing are monitored and supported by a powerful ERP system to ensure that products are delivered on schedule.

The municipality of Gosheim, with approximately 3,800 inhabitants, is situated in a scenic location on the Heuberg plateau in the Swabian Jura, within the district of Tuttlingen in south-western Baden-Württemberg.

In summer, Gosheim offers a well-developed network of marked walking and hiking trails, providing scenic excursions through beautiful landscapes and natural surroundings. Gosheim is an industrial community with approximately 2,500 jobs and a well-developed infrastructure.
The municipality has three kindergartens, full-day childcare for children from the age of one, a primary school and a Werkrealschule with afternoon care, a special-needs school, and an educational centre with a secondary school and grammar school.
The Gosheim-Wehingen educational centre was extensively expanded and renovated between 2002 and 2004, making it one of the most modern educational institutions in the district of Tuttlingen.
Our community also offers a lively social environment with 30 clubs and associations, a wide range of restaurants serving everything from traditional regional cuisine to international dishes, and an excellent healthcare system with general practitioners, dentists and a pharmacy.
