EASON New Materials Co., LTD. (EASONNM®) established in 2008, located in Changsha, Hunan, China. Back to 1939, our elder generation establish the “Dawen paper shop” run the printing business. In 1983, we founded the only professional Photoengraving Plate Making Factory in Hunan Province, producing the copper and zinc dies. Mit traditioneller und modernster Technologie ist es uns möglich nahezu jede Form mit Gravuren zu versehen und somit Produkten vom Einzelstück bis hin zur Großserie ein einzigartiges Aussehen zu verleihen. In all den Jahren wahrten wir viele traditionelle Techniken welche bis heute Einsatz finden. Wir tragen aber auch täglich der technischen Entwicklung Rechnung und binden modernste Fertigungsverfahren stets in unsere Prozesse ein. Schilder, Stempel, Prägewerkzeuge , Lasergravuren und Handgravuren fertigen wir an unserem Standort in Köln. Zur Zeit arbeiten wir mit 7 modernen CNC-Fräsmaschinen, 3 Co2 und Nd-Yag Laseranlagen, sowie vielen manuellen Fräs-, Dreh- und Pantogaphenmachinen, welche eine Bearbeitung bis zu einer Größe von 6000 x 1600 mm ermöglichen.
