The focus here is on our self-produced artificial casings, which we produce individually for each customer. Of course, service and customer advice are one of the most important points in providing the customer with optimal casings for their production. Through the close cooperation between quality assurance and production, we create optimal conditions for the applied HACCP, ISO 9001 and ISO 22000. The casing quality is checked by the special testing team and a group of experts.
We get the raw materials from the best European slaughterhouses and cattle ovens in Europe. We examine
the quality of each party: color, cleanliness, absence of visible defects. We also check
the veterinary documents and certificates.
