I was born with enthusiasm for the Languedoc-Roussillon region: my father comes from Marseille and I have been traveling in this beautiful region for 40 years. It has now become my second home.
Before I turned my hobby of wine enjoyment into a career, I first took other paths: studying administrative sciences (FH Kehl) and, after a few years of professional experience, training as a management assistant with three foreign languages: English, French and Spanish.
But the passion for the wines of the Languedoc-Roussillon region definitely prevailed in 2006. I completed several weeks of internship at the Cascastel wine cooperative (southern France), then read countless specialist books and absorbed a lot of knowledge directly from the winegrowers. In September 2007 the time had come: full of pride and joy, I opened my wine shop “Vinothèque Véronique” in Durmersheim. I have selected all the wines that you will find with me myself.
