Die Firma P.P.H. "Mandam" Sp. z o.o. begann seine Tätigkeit am 02.09.1991 als Produzent der Landwirtschaftsmaschinen. Wir nehmen eine Fläche von 1 ha ein und sind im Besitz von Objekten mit einer Fläche von 5000 m2. Wir sind im Südteil der Stadt Gliwice lokalisiert, beim Flugplatz, unweit von der Autobahn A4.
Wir beschäftigen ca. 110 Mitarbeiter mit großen Berufserfahrungen, die die eigentliche Führung der Herstellung von Maschinen erlauben, wie auch ihre Anpassung an die europäischen Standards.
In unserem Produktionsangebot besitzen wir aktuell Landwirtschaftsmaschinen für verschiedene Arbeiten:
Bearbeitung von Wiesen
Voraussaatsarbeiten
Werkzeug für die Mechanisierung der Landwirtschaftsarbeiten
Frontlader geräte
Wir beschäftigen uns auch mit der Herstellung von anderen Stahlkonstruktionen. Außerdem führen wir die Handelstätigkeit im folgenden Bereichen:

Gegenstand des Unternehmens ist der Handel mit Landmaschinen sowie der Bau von Maschinen und Apparaten sowie die Übernahme von Maschinenbauarbeiten. Die Gesellschaft kann andere Unternehmen gleicher oder verwandter Art gründen, erwerben oder sich an ihnen beteiligen.

AKPIL is a family company located in Pilzno and established by Kazimierz Anioł in 1975. The company initially specialised in the craft production of construction products. In 1985, while seeking new areas for growth in order to cope with a worsening crisis in the construction industry, AKPIL turned its attention to agriculture.
Purchasing Spółdzielnia Kółek Rolniczych’s (Farmers Associations Cooperative) facilities in 1992 was a turning point in the history of the company. AKPIL significantly increased production of agricultural machinery, at one time employing 340 people.
The first AKPIL product was the Potato Planter we manufactured in 1984. We have also manufactured harvesting equipment for horse-drawn and tractor mowers , and hoe ridgers . The company has been developing its own designs since 1988. AKPIL’s first original design was a horse-drawn planter. The potato harvester developed in the design office we set up in 1991 was the first machine of its kind to be manufactured by a private company in Poland. This machine was honoured with the Award of the Agriculture Minister at the 1997 Jasnogórski Harvest Festival.
We currently employ 200 permanent staff and 60 additional seasonal workers during the high season. Despite the smaller workforce, the company's output is now greater than it was when staff numbers were at their peak. This has been made possible by implementing modern technology at the plant.
