Excellent in processing stainless steel

Since it was founded in 2005 - as a German sister company of the Dutch Horrichs Apparatenbouw BV and Holland Filter BV - UrMaTi Apparatebau GmbH has combined the knowledge and experience of these two traditional companies.

The products were originally used for process and waste water treatment, with extensive experience being gained particularly in the food industry.

Especially in this area, it is of great importance that the equipment is made of high-quality, corrosion-resistant materials. The decision to exclusively use stainless steel and other high-quality materials was then quickly made. Within the food industry, UrMaTi Apparatebau GmbH has acquired knowledge in the field of production of various apparatuses and internal transport systems.

Of course, these devices are also made of stainless steel. From the food industry we have been able to gain experience in the field of stainless steel industry as well as in other branches of industry.

The UrMaTi Apparatebau GmbH differs from other suppliers by a consistent, customer-oriented tailoring of their products.

If necessary, manufactured devices can be professionally assembled on site with the help of VCA-certified employees.

For many decades now, RT-Filtertechnik (formerly
Regeltechnik Friedrichshafen) has worked together with its customers to
develop top-standard filtration systems, filter elements and
accessories. Over the years, it has become a synonym for competence and
now stands for effective filtration, user-friendliness and optimal
environmental compatibility.What do we mean by effective filtration?

• A careful choice of glass-fibre fabric based on years of experience and practical testing.
• Consistent use of magnetic pre-filtration. Magnetic pre-filtration has a special advantage in that it retains both ferromagnetic and non-ferromagnetic particles, from the very small to the very large. This not only prevents clogging, but also ensures that very large impurities such as welding beads are filtered out of the hydraulic fluid, thus effectively relieving the strain on the filter element and prolonging its lifetime considerably. At the same time, the flow direction from the inside of the filter element outwards prevents any solid particles from being washed back into the hydraulic system during filter maintenance.
• User-friendliness is a key feature. Maintenance tasks are extremely easy to perform, as the filter element is always removed from above. This prevents any oil from escaping when the filter element is changed, so that there is no risk to the environment

Filter screens and weaving reeds from Baden-Württemberg The company was founded in 1951 by Karl Küfner. Right from the very beginning, the firm manufactured weaving reeds, the production of filter screens starting up two years later. Today, Karl Küfner KG is an owner-managed family company with over 300 employees at two sites. In Germany's southwestern state of Baden-Württemberg─the heartland of Germany's SME mechanical engineering and toolmaking industries─we research, develop and manufacture for some 500 customers worldwide. Our design, toolmaking and special machine construction departments are also located here. More than half a century of experience We have been in the marketplace for more than 50 years and have developed our areas of expertise, namely filter screens and weaving reeds, continuously during this time. Today, we market our products with great success all around the world. We are experienced partners to our customers in the fields of filter development and prototype, sample and series production. Our many decades of experience and the complete production chain installed at our plant enable us to offer our customers seamless technical know-how.
