Also, We have set up our own laboratory fully equipped with the latest measuring instruments to ensure super smooth surface finish, dimensional accuracy, and required hardness to ascertain precise percentage of metallurgical properties.
Ability & Alloys: We undertake Metals/Alloys such as Stainless-Steel, Alloy Steel, Carbon Steel, Nickel based Steel, Super Alloys, Hast Alloys, Inconel, Monel and many other Ferrous metals briefly listed in company profile. We are capable to produce casting weighing from few gms. to 120 Kgs. (Single Pc) in conformity with the drawing. Also, we can able to supply the castings in machined condition and ready to assemble.
Testing Facility: We are having In-House Testing Facility like, Chemical Testing Machines Make : Spectromaxx Spectrometer, Mechanical & Tensile, Hydro Testing & Magnetic Particle Testing (MPI) Facility, Dye Penetrant Testing and other testing’s.
